Nearsightedness is often related to improper eye usage, such as poor sitting posture and excessive TV watching. Therefore, we should pay attention to developing healthy eye habits and can also prevent and treat nearsightedness through massage. So how does massage help restore vision in nearsightedness?

Benefits of Nearsightedness Massage
