2. It is used for constipation, heat accumulation causing diarrhea, food stagnation, intestinal obstruction caused by parasites, and urinary discomfort. It has the functions of promoting bowel movements, relieving heat, and facilitating urination.

3. It is also used for wrist joint pain and limited flexion and extension.

Special Massage Technique for Boshangchi Point

Hold the patient's hand with one hand, palm facing down, and use the thumb of the other hand to pinch the Boshangchi point 3-5 times. Then, use the fingertip of the thumb to rub and press the point in a clockwise direction 50-100 times. Persist in massaging daily to relieve symptoms such as colds, headaches, and constipation.
