Acupoint location: In the area of the navel, at the center of the navel.

Massage method: Rub both hands gently until warm, place the palm of the left hand over the navel, covering it, and place the palm of the right hand facing downwards, covering the back of the left hand. Massage both hands simultaneously on the acupoint for 10 minutes each time.

Massage the Sanyinjiao Point

The Sanyinjiao point is the intersection point of the spleen, kidney, and liver meridians. Precautions for Prostate Disease Massage
