Moxibustion method: Hold the lit moxa stick and align it with the location of Quchi, about 2-3 centimeters away from the skin, or adjust the distance according to tolerance. Moxibustion for 5-10 minutes is recommended.

Effects of moxibustion: Quchi is the combined acupoint of the Hand Large Intestine Meridian. Moxibustion on Quchi can clear heat from the stomach and intestines, promote blood circulation in the meridians, and make the entire arm appear longer and more beautiful.

Moxibustion on Kongzui

Kongzui is located on the palm side of the forearm, on the radial side of Pianze and Taiyuan, 7 inches above the wrist transverse crease. When the arm is extended and the palm is facing up, it is 5 inches below the point where the elbow transverse crease (Pianze) is directly opposite the pulsating point of the wrist transverse crease (Taiyuan).

Moxibustion method: Hold the lit moxa stick and align it with the location of Kongzui, about 2-3 centimeters away from the skin, or adjust the distance according to tolerance. Moxibustion for 5-15 minutes is recommended.

Effects of moxibustion: Kongzui is the He-Sea point of the Hand Taiyin Lung Meridian. Moxibustion on Kongzui can strengthen the function of the lungs by stimulating the Lung Meridian, thereby maintaining the normal operation of the body's qi and ensuring the smooth flow of qi and blood in the arms, resulting in beautiful and smooth arm lines.

Moxibustion on Binao

Binao is located on the outer side of the arm, at the end of the deltoid muscle. When the line connecting Quchi and Jianyu is drawn, it is 7 inches above Quchi.

Moxibustion method: Use the lit moxa stick to approach the acupoint on the skin, using indirect moxibustion, and moxibustion for 5-10 minutes is recommended. The degree of warmth and comfort should be based on personal tolerance.
