Sit cross-legged, Taibai is located on the inner edge of the foot, below the first metatarsal head, at the depression between the red and white flesh.

Moxibustion method: Sit cross-legged as required and locate the acupoint. Hold a burning moxa stick in your hand and hold it above the Taibai acupoint. Feel the burning sensation of the moxa stick without direct skin contact. Each moxibustion session should last 3-5 minutes.
