November 12, 2023

San Fu Tie is one of the ways to treat winter diseases in summer, but can it regulate the spleen and stomach?

Can San Fu Tie regulate the spleen and stomach?

Yes.

In traditional Chinese medicine, spleen and stomach diseases are equivalent to digestive system diseases in modern medicine. Chronic gastritis, weak spleen and stomach, chronic diarrhea, constipation, functional gastrointestinal diseases, and other chronic digestive system diseases are persistent and difficult to cure.

San Fu Tian is the hottest days of the year, and the body's yang energy connects with the yang energy of nature. Seasonal changes can affect human health. The yang energy of the human body "is born in spring, grows in summer, harvests in autumn, and stores in winter."

During San Fu Tian, due to the rise in temperature, the body's yang energy rises, the meridians are unobstructed, and the qi and blood are abundant. Taking advantage of this favorable opportunity to treat chronic spleen and stomach diseases can maximize the warming of the organs and eliminate internal coldness, adjust the balance of yin and yang in the body, prevent the recurrence or reduce the symptoms of old diseases, and store yang energy for autumn and winter, ensuring sufficient yang energy in the body and making it difficult for spleen and stomach diseases to recur.
