Ingredients:

30 grams of astragalus, 30 grams of codonopsis, 500 grams of beef, 15 grams of white atractylodes, 10 jujubes, 3 slices of ginger.

Instructions:

1. Wash the beef and blanch it in boiling water for 3 minutes. Remove and cut into small pieces.

2. Wash the ginger, white atractylodes, and codonopsis. Slice the white atractylodes and put everything in a cheesecloth bag.

3. Add about 1500 ml of water to a pot, then add the beef and bring to a boil. Add the herbal bag, ginger slices, and jujubes. Continue to simmer for 30 minutes.

4. Reduce to low heat and stew for 2 hours until the beef is tender. Season to taste and serve.
