Rub both hands together to warm them up. Place one palm over the navel and the other palm on the Qu Gu acupoint. Slowly massage with a moderate pressure until a sour and swollen sensation is felt. Each session should last for 3-5 minutes, and it should be performed once in the morning and once in the evening. Consistent massage over a long period of time can effectively treat urinary difficulty, irregular menstruation, and also relieve prostate pressure and prevent prostate hyperplasia.
