Goji Berry and Chrysanthemum Tea

Ingredients: 10g goji berries (preferably from Ningxia), 10g Hangbai chrysanthemum, rock sugar.

Ingredients: 20g reishi mushroom, 50g dried red dates, 5g rock sugar.

Instructions: Wash the reishi mushroom and red dates, put them in a pot, add an appropriate amount of water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat. Repeat this process twice, mix the decoctions together, and add honey to boil.

Ingredients: 5-10g ophiopogon tuber slices, rock sugar.

Instructions: Put the ophiopogon tuber slices into a pot, add an appropriate amount of water, boil for 5 minutes, and then add rock sugar before drinking.

Benefits: Ophiopogon has a slightly cool nature and a bitter taste. It can nourish Yin and generate fluids, and has a good effect on symptoms such as Yin deficiency, restlessness, insomnia, and sore throat. Drinking ophiopogon tea can achieve the effect of nourishing and regulating for people with Yin deficiency constitution. There is no harm in long-term consumption for patients. Lily Flower Tea

Ingredients: Appropriate amount of lily flowers and calendula flowers, rock sugar, boiling water.

Instructions: Wash the lily flowers and calendula flowers, put them into a teapot, pour in 500ml of boiling water, steep for 3-5 minutes, and then add rock sugar.

Benefits: Lily flower tea is mainly made from lily flowers. It has a cool nature and a sweet taste. It is used for symptoms such as cough, dizziness, and insomnia caused by Yin deficiency and excessive fire. However, it is contraindicated for people with wind-cold cold, weak spleen and stomach, prolonged accumulation of cold and dampness, and Yang deficiency constitution.

Dendrobium and American Ginseng Tea

Ingredients: 10g dendrobium (or ordinary dendrobium), 10g American ginseng.

Instructions: Wash the dendrobium and American ginseng, cut them into small pieces or slices, put them in a casserole, add 3 bowls of water, bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. Repeat this process twice, mix the liquid and filter out the residue. It can be consumed in multiple times, preferably twice a day.

Benefits: Dendrobium is a good nourishing herb for Yin deficiency, and American ginseng supplements Qi and blood. This tea has certain therapeutic effects on patients with stomach Yin deficiency.
