Natural Dietary Therapies for Hepatobiliary Damp-Heat

What not to eat for hepatobiliary damp-heat

The diet for hepatobiliary damp-heat should be light. Smoking and drinking should be avoided. Spicy and fried foods should not be eaten. Avoid excessive consumption of greasy and sweet foods. Avoid eating raw and cold foods. Avoid excessive tonics.
