Five diseases and symptoms of blood gas level

April 6, 2023
Chinese medicine classifies the blood energy of the human body into five levels according to their high and low levels. Since the concept of numbers was not very common in ancient times, they were expressed in terms of yin, yang and deficiency and reality. Next we illustrate these differentiated levels in modern language. Readers can try to classify their own conditions and understand what level of blood energy they are at.

Health Levels

In Chinese medicine terms, such a person is balanced in all aspects, not partial to yin or yang, not partial to deficiency or real, balance is the goal pursued by Chinese medicine. This is therefore the healthiest level. This level is characterized by a well-proportioned body, a rosy complexion, a mild temper, and a regular work schedule. Since the human body has a strong defensive force, various external diseases do not easily invade and do not get sick easily. Generally, we seldom see such people, perhaps only those who have achieved success in Tai Chi or Qi Gong have such a body.

Yang deficiency level

Blood energy is lower than the healthy level. There are many reasons for the decline of blood energy, such as sleeping too late, or long-term malabsorption of nutrients. At this time, the body's ability to resist disease and the ability of disease invasion are very close to each other, in between. Therefore, when a foreign disease invades, the body still has the ability to resist, but unlike a healthy person who can quickly repel the disease, there is a fierce battle in all organs of the body, so various symptoms may occur. Some people are traditionally considered to be weak and sickly because their bodies often experience such battles. People who have frequent colds and even fevers, or those with allergies, are generally at this level of blood energy.

Yin deficiency level

After the trend of blood qi decline cannot be reversed for a long time and blood qi drops below the lower limit of yang deficiency, the diagnostic maintenance system cannot work fully normally because the body's energy is too low, and disease invasion or damage to organs that are not in immediate danger are temporarily put on hold. The blood energy at this point is only enough to maintain the needs of daily work or activity. When a general disease invades, the body does not resist and the disease drives in long. Since there is no battle to resist, there are no uncomfortable symptoms of the disease, but it leaves traces on the body's complexion, body shape and the five senses, which can be recognized by experienced doctors. Such people are the largest group of the current industrial and commercial society. Many people feel that they are very healthy, have endless physical strength, and work until midnight every day, exerting themselves to their heart's content without getting sick. These phenomena are symptoms of typical Yin deficiency horizontal blood and energy capacity. These are the symptoms of typical Yin deficiency level of blood energy capacity. People with this level of blood energy get better and better the later it is, because the blood energy produced by the body on a daily basis cannot support the daily overdraft and has to be extracted from the fire originally stored in the body. In more common parlance, people at this level are not disease-free, but rather incapable of being sick. The length of time that each person can maintain this level of blood qi is different, depending on one hand on whether he lived a normal life and rest in his early childhood or youth and whether he stored enough energy; on the other hand, it also depends on whether he usually takes time to rest and replenish his energy. People who grew up in rural areas can withstand longer overdrafts than those who grew up in cities, due to the fact that people who grew up in rural areas sleep earlier in their early years and their bodies store more energy. Modern children, who sleep later than the previous generation, must have less energy to overdraw in the future and must have more chances of serious illnesses earlier.

Yin and Yang deficiency level

When the energy stored is about to be used up, that is, when the fire is almost used up, the level of Yin and Yang deficiency is reached. At this time, the body is often in a state of fatigue. At this time the body will go to the muscles or other parts of the body in order to obtain the necessary energy and quench it. Exhaustion of energy at this time refers to a low level within the safety stock, not really a complete exhaustion. The body's energy overdraft to this level will temporarily stop the energy overdraft, so that the body appears very easily tired, forcing the body to increase rest, which is a self-protective measure of the body.

Blood-Qi depletion level

The blood qi level from Yin and Yang deficiency then continues to decline, eventually decreasing to a level that Chinese medicine refers to as a major deficiency of Yin and Yang, or in more vernacular terms, blood qi depletion. At this point the body's deficiency in blood qi leads to a high level of liver fire, making it difficult to sleep at night and the later it is, the better the spirit. At this stage of liver fire, the energy overdrawn is an overdraft that exceeds the lower limit of the body's safety stock, and the body has reached the stage of exhaustion before it has to overdraw all kinds of energy that can be transformed. The more you don't sleep at this point, the more deficient you are and the more intense your liver fire is, forming a vicious cycle. Due to the blockage of the bile meridian causing bile not to be secreted, the food eaten cannot be converted into blood-building materials and nutrients are difficult to absorb. Patients at this stage, due to the loss of the ability to control even the five internal organs, suffer from very serious diseases, most of which the current medical system cannot help. For example, various cancers, kidney failure, stroke... etc. Due to the depletion of blood and qi, and the loss of control of the five organs and six internal organs, it is easy to develop complications of each organ in a short period of time, not because the first organ that develops is dragging down the other organs, but because each organ has reached a critical state of development at the same time, and it is uncontrollable.

The rise and fall of blood energy

The blood energy of the human body declines slowly, over a period of decades. But it rises very quickly, in months, just like our cell phones, which can talk for two hours after five minutes of charging, but in minutes when charging, but in hours when using. Before the blood energy rises to Yang deficiency, if you can follow our requirements, go to bed early and get up early every day, and knock on the gall bladder meridian diligently, the blood energy will rise very quickly, and usually after a month of conditioning, you will feel a significant improvement in your physical and mental strength. In four or five months, there will be very good results and onlookers will be able to see the obvious difference from the qi. Most patients reach the Yang deficiency level within a year. When the blood qi reaches the yin deficiency level, the rate of rise is greatly reduced as the body begins to deal with some of the more serious underlying diseases. When it reaches the Yang deficiency level, it begins to deal with more illnesses and the blood qi rises more slowly. The rate of rise for each individual will take different amounts of time to recover depending on the type and severity of the disease and the improvement in lifestyle. People at any blood qi level will continue to rise with time, provided they can change their blood qi from a downward trend to an upward trend. Most diseases of the internal organs, also known as chronic diseases, are just symptoms of varying degrees of low blood qi levels. Therefore, as long as the blood qi level is raised, all kinds of chronic diseases have a chance to recover.
