How to regulate the weak spleen and stomach

According to Chinese medicine, the physiological function of the spleen is to transport water and grain, water-dampness and blood, so spleen disease is mainly due to the malfunction of transporting water and grain and the accumulation of water-dampness; while the physiological function of the stomach is to receive and decompose water and grain, and the stomach qi is descending for harmony, so the pathology of the stomach is mainly reflected in the malfunction of harmony and descent, stomach qi rebellion and indigestion. The following methods can regulate the weakness of the spleen and stomach.

Indigestion: Royal jelly

Take fresh royal jelly twice a day, 5~10 grams each time, on an empty stomach before breakfast, with the best results when taken under the tongue. It is suitable for patients with spleen deficiency, gastrointestinal discomfort and indigestion.

Spleen deficiency: Honey royal jelly

Take 100 grams of royal jelly, add a little warm water and grind it finely, then add it to 500 grams of honey, stir it well and bottle it, put it in the fresh layer of the refrigerator or store it in a cool place, take it once a day in the morning and once in the evening, 30 grams each time. Suitable for patients with spleen deficiency.

Weak spleen and stomach: Honey Hazelnut Porridge

Soak and peel the hazelnuts, grind them in water to obtain a pulp, put them into a pot with cleaned rice to make a thin porridge, add honey and mix well. Take 1 dose daily, divided into several doses. It is suitable for symptoms such as weakness of spleen and stomach qi, diarrhea, etc.

Strengthening the spleen and stomach: orange flower pollen

Orange pollen is taken orally, 5~10 grams each time, 1~2 times. It has the effect of strengthening the spleen and stomach and expelling worms.

Poor food for spleen deficiency: persimmon cake with ghee and honey

Put 50 grams of honey and 100 grams of ghee together in a pot and decoct them well, add persimmon cakes and boil them for 10 times. Just consume 3-5 persimmon cakes daily on an empty stomach. It is suitable for treating spleen deficiency and poor appetite.

Anorexia: Royal jelly and flower honey

Mix 500g of royal jelly and 200g of miscellaneous flower nectar and take 10g twice a day with warm boiled water. It is suitable for symptoms such as loss of appetite and indigestion.

Loss of appetite: tomato honey

Wash and cut 250g of tomatoes into slices, add 50g of light-colored honey and mix well. It has the effect of clearing fire and moistening the intestines, and is suitable for loss of appetite due to weakness of the spleen and stomach.

Stagnant food: Hawthorn, honey and pear paste

Take 100 grams of honey, 2500 grams of hawthorn, 2500 grams of sweet pear, pound the juice of hawthorn and sweet pear, add honey and boil it into paste, take it 3 times a day, take 20 grams each time, take it with boiling water. It is suitable for people with indigestion and food stagnation.

Reduce stomach fire: honey lotus root pear juice

Mix lotus root juice and pear juice and decoct to paste, add honey, boil over moderate heat, and take at any time, suitable for poor absorption caused by stomach fire.
