1. Sleeping on the desk during nap time

Some expectant mothers like to take a short nap on the desk at noon to relieve fatigue. However, this method is not advisable, as temporary blurred vision may occur after waking up. Sleeping on the desk can compress the eyeballs, causing elevated eye pressure. If this happens every day, it can cause the eyeballs to enlarge and the eye axis to lengthen, resulting in vision damage. 2. Exercising in the morning

Many people think that the air is freshest in the early morning, and it is the best time to exercise when the rooster crows. Little do they know that at this time, automobile exhaust and carbon dioxide exhaled by humans and plants accumulate on the urban surface and have not completely dispersed. Therefore, the air quality on the urban surface is relatively poor during this time of the day, and exercising is not beneficial to health.

3. Drinking ice-cold beverages

If the temperature is higher than 15 degrees Celsius, the thirst-quenching effect is significantly reduced.
