Avoid not rinsing mouth after eating fruits: Some fruits contain various fermentable sugars that can corrode teeth. If the mouth is not rinsed after eating fruits, the fruit residues in the mouth can easily cause tooth decay.

Avoid eating fruits immediately after a meal: Eating fruits immediately after a meal can cause bloating and constipation. Therefore, it is recommended to consume fruits within 2 hours after a meal or 1 hour before a meal.
