Severe Cold

If the cold is more severe, with a body temperature above 38 degrees Celsius and accompanied by symptoms such as cough and dizziness, it is best not to take a shower, as it may worsen the condition. If you must take a shower, try to use warm water and avoid getting cold after showering.

Precautions for taking a shower when having a summer cold

1. It is possible to take a shower when having a cold, but pay attention to the water temperature. Cold water can worsen the condition, so it is best to choose warm water. This way, you can clean your body without aggravating the cold.

2. After taking a shower, make sure to keep warm. Put on clothes immediately after showering and avoid going into air-conditioned or fan-cooled rooms right away, as it can worsen the cold.
