Pose 3: Twist

Raise both hands, palms facing each other, take a deep breath, bend the left arm towards the neck, then exhale while extending the right arm to the right, keeping the eyes focused on the fingertips. Exhale completely, then inhale and return the right arm to the neck, open the left hand, and exhale while extending the left arm to the left, keeping the eyes focused on the fingertips.

In the morning, drink a glass of diluted salt water, then perform the three yoga poses and continue drinking water.

Usually, the first bowel movement starts after drinking the second glass of water. Keep drinking water until the stools become clear and transparent (almost like water). The second bowel movement starts after drinking the fourth glass of water, and continue drinking until ten glasses. The third bowel movement only requires drinking eight glasses of water.
