Relieving Heat Rash: Natural Remedies to Soothe and Heal

Bitter Melon for Heat Rash

Bitter melon has a cold and bitter taste and is known for its excellent effects in clearing heat, relieving summer heat, detoxifying, and cooling blood. It can help eliminate heat rash.

Method: Take one ripe bitter melon, cut it open lengthwise and remove the seeds. Then add an appropriate amount of borax. Wait for the borax to dissolve in the melon and use a sterilized cotton ball to apply the liquid to the heat rash. Itching and heat rash can be relieved and eliminated within a few hours.

Cucumber for Heat Rash

Cucumber has a calming and cooling effect, making it effective in treating heat rash.

Method: Cut fresh cucumber into slices and gently apply them to the heat rash. This can be repeated several times a day.

Mung Bean Powder for Heat Rash
