Selection

The first and crucial step is to select grapes that are darker and brighter in color, full of grains and of uniform size, which are generally ripe and fresh. Good grapes make good wine.

Cleaning

Cut off the grapes one by one with scissors along the tips, remember not to pluck them by hand, make sure the skin is intact and not broken, then put them in salt water for about 10 minutes, rinse and drain them several times.

Preparation

Pour the drained grapes into a clean basin, put on clean film gloves and squeeze the grapes one by one to blend the flesh, skin and seeds into one. Then you can add icing sugar to the basin according to your preference, adding more if you like sweetness. Wait until the icing sugar is completely melted and then pour the grapes into a clean glass jar, remembering to leave some space inside the jar and then seal it.

Fermentation

The next step is the fermentation process of the grapes, you need to wait slowly, in order to speed up the fermentation we can use chopsticks in the glass bottle stirring every other day, generally need to go through two weeks, the wine fermentation is complete, we can see the clear purple liquid, to this step, the production of wine is basically complete, it should be noted that the longer the fermentation time, the stronger the wine, so It is important to note that the longer the fermentation time, the stronger the wine will be, so you can determine the length of fermentation time according to your personal preferences.

Filtering

The pulp, skins and seeds are still inside the bottle, which can affect the taste and cause inconvenience when drinking, so you can use gauze or a strainer to filter them out and enjoy your wine.
