Close your eyes and pull your eyelids

Turning the eyelids

If the foreign body in the eye does not come out by itself through tears and you feel painful to the touch, the foreign body is probably on the conjunctiva of the eyelid of the upper eyelid, so you can turn the eyelid over and find the foreign body, then gently wipe off the foreign body with a moistened sterilized cotton swab or clean handkerchief, and the pain will disappear.

Yawning and coughing

When something gets into the eye, the first thing we can do is to bring tears to our eyes and let the foreign body out with the tears. Yawning is undoubtedly the easiest way, as long as we lower our heads, open our mouths wide, inhale deeply and let out a big yawn, our eyes will naturally weep. There is also a method of coughing by closing the eyes, which can also make the eyes tear and let the foreign body discharge.

Rinse

If you have eye drops around, it is best to flush your eyes with eye drops so that the foreign body can be discharged with the eye drops. Eye drops can not only reduce inflammation and moisten the symptoms of dry eyes, but also help disinfect the eyes that have foreign bodies in them.

Seek medical attention

If you can't get something out of your eye, it is recommended to go to the hospital, the doctor will help you take it out, do not deliberately get the eye, it may lead to eye redness, inflammation and even cause other diseases.
