Always doze off is what happened

In a person's life, 1/3 of the time in sleep, which is the normal needs of the body; but we often find that life, there are many people appear to be drowsy during the day, always dozing phenomenon, what is going on?

Poor sleep at night

The most common cause of daytime dozing is due to poor night sleep. Night sleep is too short, or sleep dreamy, snoring during sleep, and intermittent breathing phenomenon, which affects the quality of sleep; a long time to disrupt the biological clock; appear daytime fatigue, always doze off. You should adjust your rest time in time, avoid staying up late, soak your feet and drink a glass of milk before going to bed to improve the quality of sleep.

Malnutrition

Malnutrition, lack of protein, the body in the acidic environment and vitamin intake is not enough, easily lead to daytime sleepiness, dozing. This is because, the body does not have enough energy intake, blood circulation slows down, and the body finds ways to conserve energy. Sleeping is the most energy-saving thing, so it is easier to doze off. More protein, such as eggs, milk, chicken, beef, etc., will make dozing better.

Obesity

Adolescents or young people obese, overweight can also cause excessive daytime sleepiness, always dozing off. This is because of high blood lipids, blood viscosity caused by the blood flow slows down, there is a lack of blood supply to the brain, lack of oxygen will feel sleepy and want to doze off. Attention should be paid to weight loss.

Psychological factors

Mental depression is also an important reason for dozing. The psychological need to escape from the status quo, the expectation to get out of depression and get peace during sleep, and the occurrence of daytime sleepiness under strong psychological effects. In addition, people in uninteresting meetings, presentations, classes, due to excessive nerve dispersion, but also drowsy, out of breath, dozing.

Due to disease

Daytime drowsiness is always related to physical diseases, such as anemia, diabetes, thyroid disease, lack of blood supply to the brain, and lack of oxygen to the brain. Diabetes mellitus is nearly twice as likely as others to have daytime sleepiness. Hypothyroidism, patients with thyroid gland often show drowsiness due to low basal metabolism.

Precautions

Daytime drowsiness can be improved by life conditioning on your own, such as ensuring sufficient sleep at night, adjusting the biological clock, going to bed and waking up on time, exercising in the morning, supplementing nutrition, moderate weight loss in obese people, and regulating your mindset. Of course, if you still doze off after conditioning, consider whether it is due to physical diseases, such as cerebral blood supply deficiency, anemia, diabetes, etc., you should promptly ask your doctor for a clear examination and treatment.
