KN90/KN95 protective masks

What do KN90 and N95 masks mean respectively? If the mask has a filtration capacity of 90% for fine particles less than or equal to 2.5 microns in diameter, this mask is called a KN90 mask, and if the filtration capacity reaches 95%, then it is a KN95 mask. This professional type of mask can effectively prevent haze and virus, accordingly, the breathability of this mask is not good, and if the breathing frequency is too fast, it is easy to cause poor breathing. Use period: 40 hours ~ 1 month, not washable. Jung tip: KN90/KN95 two masks need to be worn under the guidance of a professional physician. Children, the elderly, special groups suffering from respiratory and cardiovascular diseases should choose carefully.

Gauze masks

Gauze masks can only filter larger dust particles and are suitable for use when doing normal cleaning work. Use period: disposable. Warm tip: Gauze masks do not have the effect of filtering PM2.5, so using gauze masks to prevent haze is not effective.

Surgical mask

Surgical masks are masks that are worn when a patient has a cold, fever, cough and other respiratory symptoms, and can also be used as anti-flu masks in crowded, poorly ventilated public places. Use period: Disposable. Warm tip: Surgical masks do not have anti-PM2.5 particle function.

Activated carbon mask

Activated carbon mask grams adsorption of organic gas and toxic dust, adsorption of toxic gas or dust on the surface, adsorption saturation will begin to release toxic gas and dust, does not have a sterilization effect, need to breathe hard or can not adsorb odor should be replaced immediately, only for spray painting operations or spraying pesticides. Use period: disposable. Warm tip: Surgical masks do not have anti-PM2.5 particles function.

PM2.5 standard

The Chinese name of PM2.5 is fine particulate matter, which refers to fine particulate matter with a diameter less than or equal to 2.5 microns. the concentration of PM2.5 in the air is a test standard for measuring air quality at present. China's air quality PM2.5 standard is: PM2.5 concentration in 0 ~ 35 micrograms / cubic meters, air quality is excellent; PM2.5 concentration in 0 ~ 35 micrograms / cubic meters, air quality is excellent; PM2.5 concentration in 35 ~ 75 micrograms / cubic meters, air quality is good; PM2.5 concentration in 75 ~ 115 micrograms / cubic meters, air quality is When the concentration of PM2.5 is 115~150 micrograms/m3, the air quality is moderate pollution; when the concentration of PM2.5 is 150~35 micrograms/m3, the air quality is heavy pollution; when the concentration of PM2.5 is more than 250 micrograms/m3, the air quality is serious pollution.
