Pollen and Cassia Seed Porridge: 30g of pollen, 30g of cassia seeds, 60g of rice, and a suitable amount of brown sugar. First, boil the pollen and cassia seeds with a sufficient amount of water for 20 minutes, remove the residue and extract the juice. Then, add the rice and cook into porridge. Add a suitable amount of brown sugar and take it in the morning and evening. It is suitable for constipation, short and red urination, red face, restlessness, dry mouth, and abdominal distension.

Astragalus Porridge: 30g of astragalus, 60g of rice. First, boil the astragalus with a sufficient amount of water for 40 minutes, remove the residue and extract the juice. Then, add the rice and cook into porridge. Take it in the morning and evening. It is suitable for constipation, weak elimination, and dull complexion.
