Bathing not only helps to remove dirt and oil from the skin, but also helps to relax the body and mind. Many people take a bath every day, but did you know that using this can help whiten your whole body?

Essential Oil Bath for Whitening

Using essential oils in the bath can help whiten the skin. Essential oils can rejuvenate the skin, delay aging, and effectively whiten the skin.

Method: Add 3-4 drops of lemon essential oil or rose essential oil, or other whitening essential oils, into the prepared bath water. Stir well and then take a bath.

Lemon Bath for Whitening

Taking a bath with lemon water can help whiten the skin. We know that lemon has strong cleansing power, and while it removes dust, oil, and dirt from the pores, it can also effectively accelerate the metabolism of pigments and whiten the skin. However, it is important to note that it is not advisable to go out after bathing with lemon, as the skin may darken in the sun or even develop spots.

Method: Cut fresh lemons into slices and put them into the bathwater. When the water temperature is suitable, take a bath.

Red Wine Bath for Whitening

Red wine contains rich grape polyphenols, which can accelerate blood circulation, have antioxidant effects, and promote the absorption of nutrients by the skin. It is beneficial for whitening and moisturizing the skin, as well as improving blood circulation.

Method: Prepare water at around 40 degrees Celsius, then add an appropriate amount of red wine and stir well.

Tomato Bath for Whitening

Tomatoes contain rich nutrients such as vitamin C, phosphorus, and fiber. The lycopene in tomatoes can effectively fight against oxidation. Taking a bath with tomatoes can make the skin tender, whiten it, and make it rosy.

Method: Squeeze tomatoes into juice, add 3 teaspoons of honey and stir well. Then add water and stir again before taking a bath.

Honey Bath for Whitening

Honey contains various trace elements and vitamins, which can promote blood circulation in the skin, stimulate cell development, maintain the elasticity and luster of the skin, and also have antibacterial effects and eliminate spots, resulting in whiter skin.

Method: Add an appropriate amount of honey to the bathwater, stir well, and then take a bath.
