Electric needles should not be passed through blood vessels or close to blood vessels and nerve fibers to avoid burning blood vessels, causing bleeding, and damaging nerve fibers, leading to permanent paralysis.
When treating cold and wind diseases, the temperature should not exceed 55℃.
When the temperature exceeds 75℃, the needle body should be twisted and inserted multiple times to detach it from the tissue before slowly removing the needle. Directly pulling out the needle is prohibited because the needle body is extensively adhered to the tissue. Forceful pulling may result in severe bleeding. If the needle body cannot be detached from the tissue, it can be left in the tissue for several hours or the detachment method by applying pressure around the needle body can be used.
