Acupuncture for Wrinkles:
Main Acupoints:
For facial wrinkles: Head's Vein, Yangbai, Head's Tears, Yintang, and Ashi acupoints.
For crow's feet wrinkles: Taiyang, Tongzi Hai, Sizhu Kong, Jiaosun, and Ashi acupoints.
For nasolabial wrinkles: Yingxiang, Quanhai, Sibai, Xiaguan, and Ashi acupoints.
For neck wrinkles: Fengchi, Yifeng, Futu, and Ashi acupoints.
Additional Acupoints: Zhongwan, Zusanli, Quchi, and Hegu.
Modification: For blood stasis, add Xuehai and Sanyinjiao, and use purging method; for qi and blood deficiency, add Pishu and Weishu, and use tonifying method.
Technique: Use purging method for main acupoints, and tonifying method for additional acupoints. For Ashi acupoints, needle along the direction of wrinkles using a superficial needling technique, between the subcutaneous fat and muscle layer. Use a 32-gauge acupuncture needle or beauty needle with gentle stimulation, leave the needle in for 30 to 60 minutes, and moxibustion can be added. Treat once every other day, with a total of 20 sessions as one course of treatment.
Acupuncture for Overall Rejuvenation:
Acupoints: Taixi, Zhaohai, Shenshu, Mingmen, and Ganshu. Use tonifying and purging methods alternately, select 2 to 3 acupoints each time, leave the needles in for 20 to 30 minutes, treat 3 times a week, with a total of 10 sessions as one course of treatment.
