1. Tongcao Pig's Trotter Soup
Ingredients: 1 qian Tongcao, 2 qian roasted licorice, 1 pair of pig's trotters, 3 fresh mushrooms, 3 slices of ginger, 2 small spoons of salt
Instructions:
1. Wash the pig's trotters and cut them in half. Remove the stems of the mushrooms and cut them in half.
2. Boil water and quickly blanch the pig's trotters. Remove and set aside.
3. Rinse the Tongcao quickly with clean water and drain. Put it into a cotton bag.
4. Put all the above ingredients and roasted licorice into a stew pot. Add five or six bowls of water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for one hour until the trotters are cooked through. Add salt to taste and turn off the heat.

2. Sanxian Tongcao Soup
Ingredients: 1 pig's hand, 2 chicken legs, 50 grams of dried squid, 3 grams of Tongcao, 5 grams of salt, 10 grams of coriander, a little pepper

1. Wash the pig's hand and chicken legs, cut them into pieces, and blanch them in boiling water to remove impurities. Put them in a stew cup and add salt.

3. Wuyu Tongcao Soup
Recipe ingredients: 1 black fish (also known as blackfish), 3 grams of Tongcao, appropriate amount of onion, salt, cooking wine, etc.
Instructions:
1. Remove the scales and internal organs of the black fish, and wash it.
