Ingredients: 1 pig's trotter, 2 scallion whites, 100g tofu.

Instructions: Remove the hair from the pig's trotter and wash it. Place the pig's trotter, scallion whites, and tofu in a pot. Add enough water and yellow wine. Stew until cooked. Season to taste.

Recipe 5: Liver and Astragalus Soup

Ingredients: 500g pork liver, 40g astragalus.

Instructions: Wash the pork liver and slice it. Add astragalus and enough water. Cook into a soup. Add a small amount of salt or no salt. Serve with meals.

Recipe 6: Yellow Wine Stewed Carp

Ingredients: 1 carp weighing about 500g, yellow wine to taste.
