Revitalizing Waist Techniques: Enhancing Kidney Health and Alleviating Pain

(1) Rubbing the waist: Place the palms of both hands on either side of the spine at the waist, one hand up and one hand down, continuously rub and friction, while moving the waist. Rubbing the waist can nourish the kidneys and strengthen the waist, and can be used to prevent and treat back pain, irregular menstruation, nocturnal emission, and impotence. (2) Kneading the waist eyes: Make a fist with both hands and use the knuckles of the index fingers to knead the waist eyes acupoints. This has the effect of strengthening the waist and benefiting the kidneys, and can be used to prevent and treat back and leg soreness. (3) Pounding the sacrum: Make a loose fist and tap the sacrum, alternating between the fists, landing together. Use appropriate force, agility, and rhythm. The midline of the sacrum is the starting point of the Du meridian. Pounding it can invigorate the Du meridian and have the effect of preventing and treating headaches and high blood pressure. There are 8 acupoints on both sides of the sacrum, collectively known as the eight.
