Spring tensioner exercise method

Spring tensioner operation is simple, and exercise muscle effect is also good, is very common in the gym fitness equipment. So how to use the spring tensioner for exercise? Here are a few of the more common exercise methods.

Orthostatic pull

The arms are stretched forward with the elbows slightly curved, the height should not exceed the eyes, stretching to the sides. The body should not move too far back and forth to avoid borrowing force.

Pull from the top position

Arms forward, elbows slightly curved, the height should be in front of the head above, with the feeling of pulling to the sides. This exercise method mainly trains the upper chest, and the spring can be increased appropriately than the orthostatic pull.

Pulling in the lower position

Put the spring to the umbilicus to pull to both sides, the spring should be reduced to a minimum, but not less than two. This is mainly to train the lower chest and carve the middle seam line.

Staggered pull behind the body

Stand with your feet parallel, legs apart, and pull with tensioners behind your back in the upward and downward direction until the limit and then relax gently and repeat several times.

Pulling behind the body

The spring tensioner is placed behind the body, each hand holds the handle of the tensioner, palms forward and bend the elbows, both arms extend sideways to the side planks, and then restore.

Single hand pull

Stand with your feet parallel to each other, put one end of the spring under your right foot, hold the other end of the spring, keep your upper arm still, force your small arm upward, and repeatedly stretch up and down.

Other exercise methods

1, find two tensioner end were fixed in a high place natural down, the other end were placed on both sides of the body with two hands grasp, waist force downward bending, in a gentle straightening. Such exercise can exercise the waist strength and muscles. 2, the two ends of the tensioner tied to the two feet, respectively, the two legs forcefully stretched to both sides until their limits, so repeated exercises can exercise the leg muscles.
