 【Braised Mushroom with Winter Melon】
  Ingredients: 250g winter melon, 50g soaked mushrooms.
Method: Cut the winter melon into small cubes, cut the mushrooms after soaking. Heat oil in a pan, add winter melon, mushrooms and the water from soaking the mushrooms, cook for a few minutes, add salt, monosodium glutamate and other seasonings, cook until done.

 【Steamed Spare Ribs with Lotus Leaf Powder】
  Ingredients: 8-10 fresh lotus leaves, 1000g pork spare ribs, 300-400g glutinous rice.
Method: Wash the lotus leaves and cut each into four pieces. Stir-fry the glutinous rice with two star anises until golden brown. Let it cool, then grind it into coarse powder.
