Chinese Herbal Tea Recipe 6: Polygonum Multiflorum Tea
Ingredients: 5g of Polygonum Multiflorum, 3g of black tea.
Instructions: Boil 200ml of water with Polygonum Multiflorum for 5-10 minutes after the water boils, then brew the black tea. Drink the tea when it has a mild taste. It can also be consumed directly.
Benefits: Nourishes the liver and kidneys, nourishes the blood, dispels wind; lowers blood lipid, antibacterial.
Uses: Deficiency of liver and kidney yin, premature greying of hair, dizziness, nocturnal emission, sore and weak lower back and knees; chronic hepatitis; abscesses; scrofula; hemorrhoids.
