【Ingredients】

Soy milk 800ml, glutinous rice 80g, japonica rice 20g, Chinese yam 200g, goji berries, rock sugar, dried rose petals

【Instructions】

1. Soak the glutinous rice and japonica rice mixture for a few hours. Steam the Chinese yam until cooked.

2. Mix water and soy milk and heat until boiling. Add the soaked rice.

3. Peel the cooked Chinese yam and put it in a plastic bag. Mash it with a rolling pin or by hand, leaving some small chunks. Then add it to the boiling rice and soy milk mixture and simmer on low heat.
