【Morphological characteristics of Wuzhao Feng】
Wuzhao Feng is the whole herb of the Rosaceae plant Rubus pentagonus. It grows on slopes, near streams, or in mixed woods on watersheds, and is distributed in Sichuan and Guizhou provinces in China.
Wuzhao Feng is a climbing shrub with stems densely covered with downward-pointing prickles and brown long hairs. The leaves are alternate, slightly round, 8-13 cm long and 6.5-13 cm wide, palmately 5-lobed, with lobes broadly lanceolate at the top, heart-shaped at the base, irregularly serrated at the edges, smooth and hairless on the upper surface, and densely hairy along the veins on the lower surface. The petioles are 6-10 cm long, densely covered with fine prickles and long hairs, and the stipules are deeply lobed.
Several flowers are clustered in the leaf axils, without stalks. The calyx is 5-lobed, lanceolate in shape, and hairy on the outside. The petals are 5, pale yellow. There are multiple stamens and pistils. The aggregate fruit is spherical and red. The flowering period is from May to June.

1. Treatment of intestinal obstruction
Take 4 liang (approximately 120 grams) of fresh Wuzhao Feng, crush and squeeze out the juice, mix with an equal amount of children's stool, heat slightly, and slowly drink.
In winter, use dried Wuzhao Feng. Take 2 liang (approximately 60 grams) each time and make a decoction. Mix the decoction with an equal amount of children's stool and take it orally. It is equally effective. If there is severe vomiting and the medicine is expelled, the dosage should be replenished. Taking small amounts of medicine multiple times is generally effective after the second dose. In several clinical trials, the effect was seen within 24 hours.
2. Treatment of tetanus
Take 30 grams of Yuzhucao (also known as Shaozi Cao), 20 grams each of Wuzhao Feng and Cheqiancao, and 10 grams of Wugong.
