【Instructions】
Slice the tofu. Wash the fresh jasmine leaves, blanch them in boiling water, cool them in cold water, and drain. Heat the lard in a frying pan, place the tofu flat in the pan and fry both sides until golden brown. Stir-fry ginger in the pan until fragrant, add chicken broth, then add tofu, cooking wine, pepper powder, and salt. Bring to a boil, add jasmine leaves, simmer until the sauce thickens, add monosodium glutamate, and drizzle with wet starch to finish.

【Precautions】
(1) People with high blood fat and high cholesterol should not consume lard.
(2) Tofu should not be eaten with spinach, as tofu contains inorganic salts such as calcium sulfate and magnesium chloride.
