Duzhong Walnut Braised Rabbit Meat

Duzhong.............10g
Walnut kernels............30g
Rabbit meat................200g
Celery................50g
Ginger...................5g
Scallion...................10g

Nourishes the liver and kidneys, improves qi and blood, lowers blood pressure. Suitable for hypertension with yin-yang deficiency and other conditions.
Preparation
1. Dry the Duzhong and grind it into a fine powder; wash the rabbit meat and cut it into 3 cm square pieces; cut the celery into 4 cm segments; slice the ginger, and cut the scallion into sections.
2. Heat the wok over medium heat, add vegetable oil. When the oil is 60% hot, add ginger and scallion and stir-fry until fragrant. Add rabbit meat, walnut kernels, Duzhong powder, celery, salt, and stir-fry evenly. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer on low heat for 35 minutes.
Instructions
Serve as a side dish, consume 3 times a week, and continue for 2 months.
Precautions
Not suitable for those with excessive yang and deficiency of yin.
