Main Ingredients: Sea Urchin, 2 eggs
Additional Ingredients: Silken Tofu, 1 piece

1. Cut open the sea urchin and scoop out the roe. Rinse it.
2. Cut the silken tofu into slices.
3. Take a container and brush a little oil on the inner wall. Place the tofu inside.
4. Beat two eggs and add the same amount of water. Add a pinch of salt and mix well.
5. Strain the impurities from the egg mixture and pour it into the container with tofu, just enough to cover the tofu.
