Having a large and thick buttocks and thighs is often caused by long periods of sitting without movement. Regular massage and appropriate exercise can effectively reduce fat in these areas. This article mainly introduces how to reduce the size of the buttocks and thighs.
Massage to slim the buttocks and thighs
Note: Massaging after taking a bath will yield better results.
Step 1: Use palm kneading or knuckle kneading techniques to massage the highest point of the muscles on both sides of the buttocks, and lift the muscles upwards with four fingers. Repeat 20-30 times.
Step 2: Use palm kneading or knuckle kneading techniques to massage the area on the outer side of the buttocks and the root of the thighs where excess fat tends to accumulate. Repeat 20-30 times.
Step 3: Pinch the muscles on both sides of the buttocks with five fingers and twist and knead them upwards and inwards with some force. Slowly release the muscles, raising and pressing them alternately. The movements should be slow. Repeat 20-30 times.
Step 4: Place the palm on the sacrum and use the palm rubbing technique to rub the fat on the buttocks and the root of the thighs back and forth until a slight warmth is felt.

This method mainly reduces fat in the buttocks, improves thick and sturdy thighs, and addresses sagging buttocks.
Step 1: Stand naturally, place both hands on the wall or a table for support, keep the body straight, and raise the left leg as high as possible to the back. Hold for about 10 seconds. Switch to the right leg and alternate 10 times.
Step 2: Lie flat, bend both knees, slowly lift the buttocks and waist, creating a diagonal line with the entire body. Squeeze the buttocks tightly and hold for about 10 seconds. Repeat 10 times.
Gua sha for slimming the buttocks and thighs
Regularly gua sha the buttocks and thighs can promote local metabolism, help reduce fat in these areas, and prevent buttock sagging.
Note: Before gua sha, take a bath and then apply 1-2 drops of essential oil. This will enhance the slimming effects on the buttocks and thighs.
Step 1: Gua sha the back and outer sides of the buttocks, starting from the bottom and moving upwards.
Step 2: Gua sha the outer side, back side, and inner side of the lower limbs, from top to bottom.
Walking on tiptoes
Walk by raising your heels, taking small steps forward, keeping your center of gravity stable, and making sure to straighten your legs and squeeze your buttocks. This will elongate the leg muscles and achieve the desired slimming effect on the buttocks.
