How to resume the diet of apple yogurt diet

The normal ratio of calories for three meals is 30% for breakfast, 40% for lunch and 30% for dinner. Women need about 1800 calories a day to maintain life activities, and men need about 2000 calories. On the third day after the apple diet, the total number of calories eaten should be lowered to 1,000 calories in order to avoid a strong weight rebound. About 300 calories for breakfast, 500 calories for lunch and 200 calories for dinner. In addition, since the apple diet has just ended, the stomach and intestines are weak, so the main food should be semi-liquid porridge which is easy to digest.
