Lemon Diet

Lemon water

How to do: Slice lemon and fill a cool glass with cool white water, the ratio is about 1000ml of water with 5 slices of fresh lemon, you can put it in the refrigerator for storage after making. Effect: Drink at least 6 cups of lemon water every day, do not choose dieting in particular to lose weight, and if you do 15 minutes of exercise every day with it, you can achieve the effect of sweating and detoxification.

Lemon vinegar

Preparation: 500g of lemon, 500g of rock sugar, 1 bottle of aged vinegar, 1 ceramic jar or wide mouth glass jar. Wash the lemon and put it in a cool place, dry the water and cut it into slices or small pieces. Put the fruit slices and vinegar into the bottle, add icing sugar, stir a little during the soaking process to make the icing sugar dissolve, then seal and put it in a cool place. After soaking for about 30 days, fish out all the lemons. Then wait for another 15-30 days until the sugar is completely dissolved, and then take it out to drink. Effect: Both lemon and vinegar can break down fat, sterilize, adjust the intestinal tract, help digestion, and also balance the pH value of human body, promote metabolism, beauty and skin care, weight loss and health.

Lemon and banana tea

Preparation: Put 9 chrysanthemums and a fresh lemon in a cup, fill with boiling water and steep for 5 minutes, remove the dregs, then put a fresh banana slice into the tea to steep. The combination of lemon's acidity and banana's astringency reduces the appetite to a certain extent. Effect: banana can clear heat, laxative, and detoxification; lemon tastes sour, can strengthen the stomach, resolve phlegm and cough, sterilization, and lower blood lipids; chrysanthemum can refresh the mind.

Lemon kelp tea

Method: 100 grams of kelp, 100 grams of lemon juice, a little rock sugar. Wash the kelp and cut strips, add water and 100 grams of fresh lemon juice and boil, let cool and add a little rock sugar to taste. Effect: Kelp contains iodine, which can promote the secretion of thyroid hormone and improve metabolism, while lemon juice can soften blood vessels and promote blood circulation, and can also enhance gastrointestinal digestion. This tea can eliminate the fat accumulated under the skin and achieve weight loss.

Lemon Mead
