What are the ways to slim the waist

Action one

Sit on the floor (you can prepare a soft mat such as a yoga mat) and straighten your left foot while keeping the ball of your right foot as close to the inside of your left leg as possible. Switch to the other side of the body and repeat the movement.

Action 3

Adjust your breathing, when you exhale each time, pay attention to the sinking of the body, keep sinking as much as possible, this will help stretch the muscles. Maintain the frog pose and hold it for one minute.

Action four

Lie on your back on the floor (or on a prepared yoga mat), cross your left leg over your right leg and stretch your arms freely, noting that your arms should be perpendicular to your body. Keeping your upper body still, move your lower body to the right. During the moving process, pay attention to keep the rise immobile, if the knees of both feet cannot touch the floor, you can choose towels and other auxiliary support. Hold the posture for three minutes. Change the other side of the body to repeat the action. Although the action is simple, but remember to adhere to Oh.
