Mongolian Bloodletting Knife

Introduction: Qing Dynasty. Collected in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia in 1978. Made of copper, it measures 8.3cm in length. It is a tool used in the Mongolian bloodletting therapy. Currently housed in the Shaanxi Medical History Museum.

Introduction: Collected in Alxa Left Banner, Inner Mongolia. Made of copper, it measures 11cm in length. A handed-down artifact, it is the main instrument used in the bloodletting therapy of Tibetan and Mongolian medicine. Currently housed in the Medical History Museum of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.
