Breast hyperplasia is a non-inflammatory disease that is more common in middle-aged and elderly women. It is characterized by the presence of various-sized lumps in the breast, mostly located above the breast. Some patients may also experience breast pain, chest tightness, irritability, palpitations, and other symptoms. The treatment should focus on promoting blood circulation and removing obstruction in the meridians. So, how should breast hyperplasia be massaged in traditional Chinese medicine?
Benefits of Breast Hyperplasia Massage
According to traditional Chinese medicine, the occurrence of breast hyperplasia is due to the decline of liver and kidney function, imbalance of yin and yang, and poor emotional well-being, leading to stagnation of Qi and blood stasis, resulting in localized lumps. By massaging specific meridians and acupoints, it can promote blood circulation, disperse blood stasis, relieve liver congestion and pain, and regulate Qi to relieve chest tightness.
