Children are prone to getting "heat" in their bodies during seasonal changes or hot and dry weather. This can result in symptoms such as constipation, tonsillitis, and toothaches due to loss of bodily fluids. In addition to changing the child's diet to address bad habits, massage techniques can also be used to help children clear heat and relieve discomfort caused by being "heaty".
