2. Put Chuanbei, pepper, shredded ginger, and dried tangerine peel into the fish belly, and seal it.

3. Put the carp into a pot, add an appropriate amount of water, season with salt.

Instructions:
1. Clean the lean pork and slice it into thin pieces, then put it in a bowl with egg white.

2. Add salt, cooking wine, and water starch to the bowl, mix well, and marinate for a while.

3. Put an appropriate amount of water in a clay pot and heat over high heat.

4. Add Chuanbei and Tiandong, cover the pot, and simmer over high heat for 30 minutes.

5. Open the pot, add the lean pork, shredded ginger, and scallion, and season with a little cooking wine, salt, and chicken essence.

6. Mix well and simmer for another 5 minutes.

7. Serve the cooked lean meat soup in a bowl.
