Method: Use the tips of the index and middle fingers to press and knead the Lung Shu acupoint about 15-30 times, then moxibustion for about 20 minutes, and stop when the skin becomes reddish.

Coix Seed and Adzuki Bean Porridge
Ingredients: 100g coix seed, 50g adzuki beans, appropriate amount of rock sugar.
Method: After washing the coix seed and adzuki beans, soak them in water overnight. The next morning, put them in a pot, bring to a boil over high heat, and then simmer over low heat until the coix seed is thoroughly cooked. Add rock sugar to taste.
