Elevated uric acid is a metabolic disorder in which the body's purine metabolism is disrupted, resulting in increased levels of uric acid in the blood and causing conditions such as gout. Massaging specific acupoints can promote the excretion of uric acid. So where should you massage for high uric acid?

Tips

Massaging the acupoints mentioned above can enhance kidney function, promote urination, and facilitate the excretion of uric acid. However, reducing purine intake from the source is still essential. Pay attention to drinking more water, consuming less high-purine foods, quitting smoking and alcohol, and eating fruits and vegetables rich in vitamins in your daily life.
