  Pressing method: Press the acupoint lightly with the knuckles of the fingers, once every second, press 3-5 times, rest for 10 seconds, and repeat this step three times.

  Located on both sides of the forehead, in the depression on the inner edge of the eyebrows, pressing this acupoint can relieve headaches and reduce facial swelling.

  

  Pressing method: Following the requirements of eye exercises, place the thumbs on the temples, and use the index fingers to gently rotate the Yingxiang acupoints on both sides, with each rotation taking eight beats. Repeat this for eight rounds.

  

  Chengjiang acupoint

  

  Located in the middle depression of the chin-lip groove on the face. Chengjiang acupoint is the meeting point of the Foot Yangming Ren Meridian. Long-term pressing on this acupoint can control hormone secretion, eliminate water retention above the chest, and maintain the proper tension of the skin.
