Avoid eating excessively sweet foods

Eating too many sweet foods before bed can accelerate aging. Avoid eating heavy and greasy foods

Eating too much at night or consuming a lot of high-fat foods prolongs the digestion time in the stomach, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Avoid consuming caffeinated beverages or foods

However, using alcohol to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep is not advisable. Although alcohol can help some people fall asleep, the sleep state induced by alcohol is in the light sleep stage, not the deep sleep stage. After alcohol is metabolized by the body, it is easy to wake up in the middle of the night and it is prone to dreaming, resulting in poor sleep.
