What to eat in heat stroke

Heat stroke is an emergency that occurs over a long period of time in a hot or hot sunny environment. Once someone is found to have heatstroke, if the patient feels dizzy, panic, nausea, sweating, weakness, chest tightness, etc., this is mild heatstroke, for which the following methods of treatment can be used as appropriate.

Mung bean soup

Lotus leaf and lentil soup

Efficacy: lotus leaf can raise fluid and clear heat, eliminate summer heat; willow leaf can clear heat and rash, diuretic and detoxification; coix seed can strengthen the spleen and permeate dampness, clear heat and drain pus; lentil can resolve dampness and eliminate summer heat. Lotus leaf and lentil soup is very effective for heat stroke.

Soapberry Fine Pine Soup

Herbs: 30g of saponaria, 10g of pseudostellaria, 1.8g of ice chips Method: Grind the above medicine into powder, mix it well, and take an appropriate amount and blow it into the patient's nose. Effects: Relieving swelling and toxicity, draining pus and killing worms; dispersing cold, dispelling wind and relieving pain.
