How to make delicious skin egg

Skin eggs, also called puffed eggs, are favored by the general public because of their special taste. Skin egg is cold in nature, and proper consumption can cure eye pain, toothache, high blood pressure, tinnitus and vertigo. Here are a few simple ways to eat skin eggs.

Cold egg

Ingredients: garlic, skin egg, green onion, chili powder, raw peanut rice, fresh noodles, vinegar Method. (1) Wash the raw peanut rice, then put it in a pot and cook it. (2) Chop the garlic into minced pieces and cut the green onion into small pieces. Cut the egg into a full crescent shape and arrange it on a plate. (3) Turn on low heat, add a small amount of oil to the pan, add the garlic to the pan and stir-fry a few times, then add the right amount of water. (4) Pour chili powder, noodle fresh and vinegar into the pot. Cook for two minutes and then turn off the heat. Then add the cooked peanut rice, stir and sprinkle it evenly on top of the skinny egg.
